PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at the time of reservation to guarantee your seat. If you choose not to pay online, please call our studio to make payment by phone (757) 726 -3739 or visit our studio in person for payment
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Store credit will be given for those cancelling with at least 24 hours notice. “No shows” or persons cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will not be issued stored credit. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class to get store credit. (Please leave a voice message if calling after hours, (757) 726-3739.
If you are late to class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited.
Please feel free to bring food and non-alcoholic drinks.
*Per Virginia ABC laws, we are allowed to serve 2 glasses of wine per person, per adult class.*
We usually offer Sangria, Moscato, and White wine. Please note this is subject to change.
